Preparation of CuO Nanorods by Thermal Oxidation in Ozone Ambient

چکیده

CuO nanorods were prepared by thermal oxidation method in ozone ambient. The effect of annealing temprature the range from 400 to 600 oC on morphology and structure was studied thouroughly scanning electron microscopy (SEM) X-ray diffraction, combining with energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) Raman spectroscopy. results showed that strongly affected produced nanorods. most uniform highest crystal quality obtained when temperature is 450 500 °C time 2 h as suggested SEM images together results.
